Subscription register

• Enter the full price per billing cycle and select Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly billing.
• Manually enter your review date, next renewal date and notice days, then choose a Keep, Review or Cancel decision.
• Single-currency workbook with USD labels throughout.

Calculated costs and deadline flags

• Automatic annualized cost and monthly-equivalent estimates, using weekly × 52, monthly × 12, quarterly × 4 and yearly × 1.
• Calculated cancel-by dates, overdue renewal flags and renewal flags for the next 30 days.
• Summary of active annualized spending excludes Trial and Cancelled records. Potential annual trial costs are shown separately.
• Cancellation-deadline count for the next 30 days.
• Cancelled records receive no renewal alerts.
• Input warnings identify rows needing correction. Rows flagged for fixing are excluded from the summary until corrected.

Manual tracking, not an automated service

You enter and maintain the records yourself. Review dates and next renewal dates are manual and do not roll forward automatically. Deadline flags are displayed within the workbook, not sent as notifications.

No notification emails, automatic cancellations, banking links, integrations, Google Sheets edition or automatic software updates are included.

Files and compatibility

The ZIP package contains a two-sheet XLSX workbook, fictional sample records and a TXT guide. Designed for Excel 2021 or Microsoft 365 desktop. This is a digital product; no physical item is shipped.
