Monthly and calendar-year summary

View business distance, personal distance, business parking and business tolls by month for a selected calendar year.

The Miles/Km selector changes the distance label only. It does not convert values. Use the same distance unit and a single currency throughout the workbook. Cost labels are in USD.

Files and compatibility

The ZIP includes the Excel workbook with fictional samples and TXT instructions. Requires Excel 2021 or Microsoft 365 desktop.

What this workbook does not do

No GPS, automatic trip capture, tax deduction or reimbursement calculations, tax-compliance promises, Google Sheets edition or integrations. No automatic software updates.
