Before you buy

One ZIP download containing the .xlsx workbook and guides. Microsoft Excel 2021 or Microsoft 365 desktop recommended; Excel is not included. No macros or subscription. Google Sheets and mobile editions have not been verified. Amounts use USD labels. Ingredient quantities must use the same base unit as the ingredient library. No automatic unit conversion or inventory tracking. Production rounds each order to whole batches; shared batches are not consolidated. Sum repeated ingredient IDs across recipes when shopping. Current costs update recipe estimates; agreed customer selling prices are entered separately. Prices exclude sales tax. No food-safety, nutrition, allergen or accounting calculations.

This is a new connected workbook. It does not include or sync the separately sold Home Bakery Recipe Cost Calculator or Custom Order Tracker. Those products are not required.

Fictional sample data is shown in previews and included for learning. Clear only amber sample input cells and preserve calculated columns.
