Before you buy

One ZIP download containing the .xlsx workbook and guides. Microsoft Excel 2021 or Microsoft 365 desktop recommended; Excel is not included. No macros or subscription. Google Sheets and mobile editions have not been verified. Amounts use USD labels. Manual recordkeeping; no calendar/channel sync, automatic messages or payments. Booking income is assigned to check-out year; this is not tax or accounting reporting. Deposits and lodging taxes are excluded. Net booking income less recorded operating expenses excludes debt service, depreciation and unentered costs. Turnover and maintenance costs are planning records: enter actual paid costs once in Expenses for dashboard totals. Review date is manual. No occupancy-rate calculation.

This is a new connected workbook. It does not include or sync the separately sold Vacation Rental Turnover Kit. That product is not required.
