Before you buy

One ZIP download containing an .xlsx workbook, HTML guide and text instructions. Microsoft Excel 2021 or Microsoft 365 desktop recommended; software not included. No macros or subscription. Google Sheets and mobile Excel have not been verified. Amounts use USD labels; no currency conversion.

Billing units are entered manually: walks, visits, hours or nights. Service dates do not create appointments automatically. Use one booking row per service date if scheduling daily visits. No invoices, contracts, payroll, taxes, mileage tracking, route planning, automated reminders, recurring appointments, integrations or veterinary guidance. Collections less expenses is a cash recordkeeping measure, not profit.

This is a new pet-service business workbook. It is separate from the Pet Sitter Instructions & Care Log PDF and overlaps booking/payment workflows in the Service Business Operations Suite. Those products are not included or required.

Fictional sample data appears in previews and the workbook. Clear amber sample input values and preserve shaded formulas. Fix all Check flags; invalid rows can be excluded from totals. Cancelled bookings keep payment history, show zero service value and flag positive net payments for refund review. Non-refundable cancellation fees require a separate completed Other service record.
